Class Costs

Non-members: $120
Members: $80 (How to become a member)
Canine Good Citizen Test (CGC): Free to class members and $10 to those not enrolled in a class
Short courses (unless otherwise noted) for non-members are $60 and are $40 for club members.

About Us

We promote responsible pet ownership, offering group classes in a wide variety of dog sports such as obedience, rally, agility, tracking and scent work. Our classes are organized and taught by volunteers with extensive experience as trainers, competitors, and judges.

Licensed by the American Kennel Club, the Dog Training Club of Champaign-Urbana holds obedience trials, tracking tests, agility trials, rally obedience trials, and obedience and agility fun matches every year.

Membership offers many benefits including reduced fees for classes and workshops/seminars, access to the building and equipment for training, voting rights at meetings, access to Members section of website and invitation to certain members-only events.

Club Facilities and Location

DTCCU purchased our current property on Ford Harris Road in 2001 and began construction on the training building in January 2002.
