Beginner Novice is a beginning Obedience Class. Dogs should have passed the Canine Good Citizen Class prior to taking this. This class focuses on Competition but has skills that are good for the pet dog as well. Skills that are covered are- engagement, focus, markers, heeling , sits and downs , sit for examination, stays and recalls.
The registration cost for an 8-week class is $120 and the cost for a 4-week class (or workshop) is $80. Agility classes are 6 weeks which each class runs for 1 1/2 hours.
