Nose Work for Newbies 1
Dogs navigate the world using their noses, which makes nose work a fun and challenging sport that most dogs love. Using shaping games, you and your dog will learn the basics, from searching for food to searching for odor and recognizing when the dog has found it. Scented Q-Tips and an odor tin will be provided. (NACSW odor strength will be used.) You will need four metal cookie tins in a medium size. These are readily available during the holidays at places like WalMart and the Dollar Store.
