Welcome
We promote responsible pet ownership, offering group classes in a wide variety of dog sports such as obedience, rally, agility, tracking and scent work. Our classes are organized and taught by volunteers with extensive experience as trainers, competitors, and judges.
Licensed by the American Kennel Club, the Dog Training Club of Champaign-Urbana holds obedience trials, tracking tests, agility trials, rally obedience trials, and obedience and agility fun matches every year.

What classes are offered?
DTCCU offers a wide variety of training classes at its local facility. Classes in basic canine manners (the foundation courses in puppy kindergarten, puppy elementary, home companion and performance basics) and classes that prepare handlers and their dogs to compete in agility, obedience, and rally obedience are offered four times a year.
